Here is a photograph of some of the staff at Air Berlin in Palma after receiving their certificates for personalised Business English training with Davies Business English. As always, their training was focussed on the specific language skills they needed to do their individual jobs. They were divided into small groups of 3 or 4 in order to match their current language abilities and their job functions. In just a few weeks they were able to significantly improve their ability to communicate on the telephone, by email and in meetings in English. Of course there is always room for further improvement and we are looking forward to the next phase of training next year when there will be some new additions to the group. Well done everyone.
